Ketchum Interiors completed a project with Wil+Co (https://www.wilandcohomes.com/) — refreshing 3 bdrm townhome in West Seattle. The owner and property listing were struggling with bookings and reviews were becoming negative.

The budget was set at 12K and we refreshed the paint, bedding, bed frames, artwork, decor and furnishings. We also created a game room from the garage and worked to unite the spaces into a cohesive whole — using owner's photography decor (was requested) and weaving old with new pieces. Listing is now getting consistent 5-star reviews.
