Nicole Ketchum of Ketchum Interiors has built a wealth of branding, interior design, marketing and photography expertise in the last 25 years. Combining passions of interior design and real estate allows a different offering then most STR companies.

We have also partnered with several other companies during these last two years in collaborative design projects including Wil+Co and O2O.

Our design eye is the guest eye. We work to design properties from the viewpoint of the guest. This allows us to formulate a curated design from what mugs to use, to what bedding and wallpaper may appeal to guests. Narrowing that niche down sets the property apart in a saturated market.
