Ketchum Interiors also works with O2O — an STR marketing and photography company — to design, analyze real estate comps/property listings, refresh spaces and curate designs for STR market owners. Owners come to O2O to elevate their properties, reach 5-star status and get better ROI.

All photos are staged, shot and design directed with O2O.

Our design eye is the guest eye. We work to design properties from the viewpoint of the guest. This allows us to formulate a curated design from what mugs to use, to what bedding and wallpaper may appeal to guests. Narrowing that niche down sets the property apart in a saturated market. We have worked with mountain homes, cabins, chalets, cottages, beach houses, homes and more.
