Nashville TN Project Timeline: January 3 — March 1, 2026

We worked a very FAST turn around and designed around some pertinent issues: built in bunks from the previous owner.

Using wallpaper and designing with limits (bunks on the floor stopped the use of rugs in certain areas) we managed to pull the property in a new direction catering to guests for the bachelor/bachelorette scene.

We lightened the bunks up with white paint, used cohesive color and theme to tie property in and installed durable furniture on roof due to daily high winds. We expanded and designed out the rooms thoughtfully to ensure maximize comfort and heads to beds.

From the gallery walls, to the rugs and wallpaper — each space was designed for the guests in a timeless, modern way. ROI expected to increase 30-50% by next February.
