Ketchum Interiors was hired to design at The Lucy in Nashville (one property)— a 25 unit luxury vacation rental community featuring private rooftops, hot tubs, fire pits, and stunning stylized designs. Client wanted a high-end curated Bachelorette theme — lots of wallpaper and bright colors.

Nashville is a saturated STR market and we wanted to differentiate the space form the typical Dolly Parton/Cowboy/Guitar themes. How can we use those themes and elevate them — show the guests a new style that stands out amongst all the other ones?

Combining pink, blues, teals, oranges and accenting with a fun whimsical theme of bubblegum art — mixing southern themes with Elizabethan era and weaving rich colored tones with pinks — created a sophisticated space. Working with the property management firm in Canada and a strict budget of 15K-20K all in — we were able to combine wallpapers, new furnishings, outdoor furniture and more.
